JPSV

Digital and economic transformation for francophone Christian organizations.

I work with Churches, associations, and mission-driven communities that want to build capacity without losing their identity.

What I observe

Most digital transformation consultants and tools were built for businesses. Their models, metrics, and instincts don't apply to a Church, a nonprofit, or a mission-driven community.

The result: either these organizations stay on the sidelines, or they move forward badly — with providers who don't understand their culture, ill-fitting tools, and projects that exhaust teams without bearing fruit.

What I do

01

Automation is only worth it if it frees up time without degrading the relationship.

I support Churches and associations in their digital transformation: process automation, AI agents, email marketing, and member/donor data intelligence.

Concretely:

  • Audit of current processes and identification of automation opportunities
  • AI / LLM agents on defined tasks (proofreading, sorting, first-level responses)
  • Email marketing automation (sequences, triggers, segmentation)
  • Data intelligence: making what you already know about your members and donors actionable

02

A space empty five days out of seven is a structural problem. Not an inevitability.

I support Churches and associations on their economic and legal model — whether it's activating premises during the week, stabilizing an association, or opening a third-place.

Concretely:

  • Audit of space usage and local community audiences to reach
  • Economic and legal model for a third-place (café, coworking, reception) attached to a Church
  • Association structuring (French law, governance, funding)
  • Support through the first stable revenue cycle

03

Growing a community without emptying it of its substance.

I support Christian organizations on their editorial and growth strategy: content, acquisition, retention — with particular attention to what makes a community thrive, not just grow.

Concretely:

  • Editorial audit (channel, social networks, format, frequency)
  • Growth strategy adapted to a Christian culture (not growth hacking)
  • Relationship automation (nurturing, follow-ups, segmentation)
  • Study of links between the existing community and the audiences to reach

The Path

I didn't start with faith or consulting. I started with equations.

Supaero, then the École Polytechnique. Aerospace engineering teaches one thing you never forget: a structure that doesn't hold on paper won't hold in flight. No room for approximation. Berkeley opened the angle — understanding how innovation is built elsewhere, at what speed, on what instincts.

Zeta Tech and Aurore Market confronted me with another discipline: that of unforgiving markets, where a thesis must be validated in real time or disappear.

Then music. TopMusic, The Chosen. Two worlds that taught me the same lesson in two different forms: value doesn't circulate on its own. You need structures — legal, technical, human — for a work, a story, meaningful content to reach someone without being distorted along the way. The Chosen in particular showed me that a narrative can carry faith to millions of people without ever betraying it — if the infrastructure behind it is built with the same rigor as the narrative itself.

In between, I resumed theology studies. Not on the margins of everything else — underneath it. The foundation. A field mission with France Vie anchored me in a simple conviction: theological thinking that doesn't come down to the concrete — to the person in front of you — is useless.

It's this dual training — engineer and theologian, market and Scripture — that made JPSV.

What I believe

I start from an observation: most of the systems sold to us today — platforms, networks, business models — are designed to capture attention and retain it, not to serve those who use them. This is true in tech. It's sometimes true in the Church.

I work in the opposite direction.

  • 01

Circulating what has value, rather than locking it in a system that profits from it.

  • 02

Structural integrity before aesthetics. A project, an organization, a statement is judged first by whether it holds under pressure.

  • 03

Words as acts. What is said is binding — a faith testimony, a contract, a professional promise, the same requirement for truth.

  • 04

Resistance to extractive and addictive systems. I build nothing that captures attention to retain it.

  • 05

Faith as compass, never as a marketing argument.

Let's talk

Describe your project in a few lines. I'll get back to you within 48 hours.

I don't work with everyone. I work with those who want to build something that lasts — over time, under pressure, without betraying what they carry.

If that's you, let's talk.
